Giving Love and Receiving No Pain

Criticism is an expression of silent inner aggression.

You can only fear criticism when you have a desire for recognition and praise.

Those that criticize you do so only because they have feared the glimpse of strength that they have seen within you.

Always keep within a positive state of being..............Place the trust in your heart............There is no one that can dare to pose negativity before you then. 

You are always in the constant observation of others............And you must always be in the constant observation of your true Self.

You feel pain when others criticize you because you begin to believe in their observation of you.

Know that no one can know you other than yourself............believe in that......stand by it........and keep your peace.

Yes! Sometimes those that are closest to you shall criticize you...........They shall misunderstand your love for them...........But that is no time for you to cry and seek self-pity! That is the time you have to be clear in your thoughts........That is the time you have to be far from the waves of emotion..........That is the time you have to dive deep into your heart and say boldly, “I love you....and I shall not stain it with your fears and misunderstanding...........I am there for you now.........I was there for you then."

Think of God endlessly............Praise Him for His love and kindness..........Thank Him for His unconditional friendship toward you............Recognize Him as your strength..............Cherish His Hand that holds yours...........Realize all that comes to you as His grace.............Be fearless in His love...........Be confident in your faith...........That is all that you need..............That is the pillar you shall lean on to handle the fears of your own mind and to face the fears of others.

There is no friend..........there is no enemy............You create both with the desires you foster and the fears you sustain. The positive and the negative are both the reflections of what you think.......you understand............you feel..........you experience as mind and body..........Both the friend and the enemy shall vanish when the mind shall perish and the heart shall rule!

You must do all that you do with a pure attitude............If your heart is clean no one else’s misunderstanding of you shall bother you............You are bothered by criticism only because somewhere deep within there is a slight truth to it..............But if your love has been true then at that moment when you are being criticized it will continue to remain true.......... Not only will you not be touched by the negativity you shall with your pure love turn his misunderstanding to a realization of God’s strength that is within you............and also within him!
